Ms. Zhang Yanan has considerable and frontier practice in securities field, especially in the merger and reorganization of listed companies. She has sponsored for a number of leading and innovative M&A and reorganization projects, which are well known in the market. She has acted for numbers of clients on their IPO, refinancing and reorganization projects, who engage in industries such as energy, infrastructure, medicine, environmental protection, logistics and integrated circuits.
Ms. Zhang Yanan has also advised on corporate governance, information disclosure, equity investment, asset disposal and management for listed companies, large state-owned and private enterprises.
Work Experience
Ms. Zhang Yanan joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. She obtained her LL.B from Jilin University and LL.M from Xiamen University. She was admitted into PRC bar in 1996.
Ms. Zhang Yanan's working languages are Chinese and English.
