Mrs. Yu Yi specializes in real estate, infrastructure, M&A, bankruptcy liquidation, bankruptcy reorganization and carbon market related investment and trading.
During over a decade of legal service career, Mrs. Yu has handled hundreds of deals in real estate and infrastructure related projects, involving various types of service such as area development, infrastructure, engineering construction, starred hotel management, block property transactions, real estate leasing and operation, real estate acquisition and sale, project investment and financing and etc., and covering for different products such as residential buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, long-term rental apartments, industrial real estate, pension real estate, and cultural tourism real estate and etc.
With professional and rich experience of whole process legal service in various real estate projects practice, Mrs. Yu has dealt with numerous debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation projects for numerous real estate group companies. Moreover, Mrs. Yu has participated to help clients in resolving numerous real estate related disputes. In addition, Mrs. Yu has also provided legal services for many enterprises to invest in carbon sink related projects and participate in carbon market trading activities in recent years.
Mrs. Yu is the executive director of the House and Real Estate Association of Chengdu. Mrs. Yu was awarded the Special Recommended Partner in Chengdu, Sichuan Province (including Chongqing) by The Legal 500 in 2022 and 2023.

Mrs. Yu received her Master of Law degree from Northeast Normal University.
