Mr. Yin specializes in liquidation and restructuring, labor and enterprise large crisis event.

Mr. Yin has rich professional experience in liquidation and reorganization business, and has participated in enterprise liquidation, including bankruptcy liquidation, compulsive liquidation, self-liquidation and other liquidation fields. His clients include state-owned enterprises, large private enterprises, listed companies, and others. As a member and principal leader in charge of bankruptcy reorganizations and insolvency liquidations, Mr. Yin completed the bankruptcy liquidation of Sichuan Jinguang Industrial Co., Ltd and Sichuan Yuanli Guangdian, the restructuring case of China Bicycle Company, China Kejian, China National Erzhong Group Co., Guizhou Chitianhua Group, Sichuan Jinding and Shanxi Haixin Steel, the liquidation case of Saige Sanxing among others. He led the bankruptcy liquidation of securities companies such as Southern  securities, Hantang securities, Dapeng securities, and more.

Mr. Yin acts as legal counsel for a number of renowned corporations and provides legal service for a number of companies, including multi-national corporations, leading Chinese state-owned enterprises, listed companies, financial companies, and other foreign invested entities in China. Within nearly 20 years of experience, he has accumulated rich experience in labor law and advising on enterprises' crisis, including the longest-lasting and most negative labor strike in Shenzhen, large-scale food safety incidents and production safety incidents affecting the whole country. Mr. Yin has represented clients before various arbitration committees and courts for more than two thousand labor dispute cases, and is experienced in labor dispute resolution of bankruptcy cases. He has dealt with all kinds of labor disputes arbitration and litigation, which involve all aspects of labor law, employment law and social security law, including the legality of the termination of labor contracts, the performance of non-competition obligations, the payment of OT wages, the compensation for work-related-injuries and the payment of social insurance premiums, and more.

In 2014, Mr. Yin was awarded by China Law and Practice as "an outstanding young lawyer for labor and human resources". In 2015, he was selected as the "recommended lawyer" in the field of Chinese labor law by Legal 500, and was successively selected as the leading lawyer in the field of Chinese labor law by Chambers from 2012 to 2017.

Mr. Yin Juquan obtained his LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law, and was admitted as a Chinese Lawyer in 1997.
