Yasutaka keno deals with the field of litigation in civil, commercial areas and bankruptcy law related practices.
Regarding litigation, he has experienced the representative case of the Product Liability Law, and the trial case at the Japan Fair Trade Commission, and the maritime arbitration cases at The Japan Shipping Exchange as well as proceedings of domestic, criminal and juvenile.
In the bankruptcy law area, he has experience of working as court appointed bankruptcy trustees and he served as debtor’s representative of hospital, golf course management company and golf club maker in the Bankruptcy or the Civil Rehabilitation cases.
