Mr. Wu Han mainly practices in the areas of domestic and overseas capital markets, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and risk management of listed companies.
Mr. Wu has advised clients in the fields of financial institutions, energy, infrastructure, high-end manufacturing, healthcare and artificial intelligence. He has extensive experience in cross-border capital markets as well as complex large and medium-size restructuring transactions.
On behalf of the local government, Mr. Wu has taken the lead in the establishment, M&A and restructuring of a number of provincial commercial banks. Mr. Wu has extensive experience in the establishment, M&A and restructuring, risk management and relief of financial institutions.
Mr. Wu has handled dozens of domestic and overseas capital market projects of large and medium-sized enterprises, and dozens of offshore and domestic bond financing projects. In addition, he has worked on the securities compliance of several Fortune 500 listed companies. Mr. Wu also provides legal services for many large scale high-growth companies and new economy enterprises with restructuring, private equity financing, equity incentive, investment and M&A, and operational compliance.

Mr. Wu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2013.
Mr. Wu received his LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and his LL.M from Peking University.
Mr. Wu is admitted as a PRC lawyer.
