Ms. Tian Hui specializes in foreign investment, corporate matters, and intellectual property.
She has participated in the investment of Chinese and cross-broader merger and acquisitions of many Japanese companies. She has also represented a number of well-known Japanese brands in IP infringement cases. Ms. Tian has participated in a number of major international litigations involving prestigious Japanese companies.
Ms. Tian provides counseling to Japanese multinational companies, manufacturers and traders on their investment, corporate management, and dispute prevention.
Work experience
Ms. Tian joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005. Prior to this, she worked with Dacheng Law Offices and Deheng Law Office in Beijing.
She studied in Japan for many years and received her J.D. from Toyo University in Tokyo, Japan. She also worked at laws firms in Japan and qualified to practice in Japan as a foreign lawyer. Ms. Tian was admitted as Chinese lawyer in 1999. She is currently a part-time lecturer at Toyo University.
Ms. Tian is proficient in Chinese and Japanese.
