Steve is a construction specialist. His practice is focused on front-end construction projects in the commercial development, energy and infrastructure sectors, with a proven experience in advisory roles regarding the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts and project delivery.
Steve's work highlights include:
- Lendlease: design and construction contracts for the delivery of the Sydney Metro Victoria Cross over-station development.
- Mirvac: successful bid for the delivery of the Sydney Metro Waterloo over-station development (as JV partner to John Holland).
- TfNSW: A$3.5bn Parramatta Light Rail project.
- IfNSW: procurement and drafting of the design and construct contract for the new Sydney Football Stadium.
- Brookfield: delivery phase of the Wynyard Place project in Sydney's CBD, which includes the construction of a 27 storey commercial tower, retail components, heritage office space, a new transit hall for TfNSW and the redevelopment of the entrance to Wynyard station, one of the CBD's major railway stations
