Ms. Pan Fang specializes in establishment of corporate compliance system, corporate internal investigation, labor and employment, dispute resolution, etc.
In the area of internal investigation, Ms. Pan has provided long-term legal services for foreign and domestic corporations on many cases related to trade secrets, conflict of interests, non-competition, FCPA investigation, anti-corruption and anti-bribery. Ms. Pan has participated in the internal investigation projects of many multinational companies and large private enterprises. She is familiar with the procedures of internal investigation and has extensive experience in internal investigation projects.
Ms. Pan has advised corporations in establishment of overall and specific compliance program. She has participated in the comprehensive and representative compliance projects of many large central and state-owned enterprises, including establishment of compliance management program, compliance inspection and review, providing comprehensive legal services for clients’ legal and compliance departments.
Ms. Pan also has extensive experience in labor and employment, providing legal services for a number of large multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises in the field of labor law, participating in cases related to non-competition, equity incentive projects, employee settlement and employment related issues, and representing corporations in various labor arbitration and litigation cases, etc.
Ms. Pan has extensive experience in cross-border dispute resolution and specializes in providing practical business solutions for the corporations.
Work experience
Ms. Pan joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2010. Ms. Pan holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science & Law and Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Ms. Pan was qualified for PRC bar in 2009 and was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 2012.
Ms. Pan's working languages are Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
