- Substantive reorganization of Macrolink Holdings Limited and its five subsidiaries, with the debt of CNY 50 billion;
- Reorganization of Macrolink Cultural Tourism Development Co., LTD. (000620.SZ) and its two core subsidiaries, with the debt of CNY 35 billion;
- Reorganization of Sichuan Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. (300370.SZ), with the debt of CNY 1.5 billion;
- Reorganization of Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., LTD. (002321.SZ), with the debt of CNY 7 billion;
- Reorganization of Antong Holding Co., LTD. (600179.SH) and its two core subsidiaries, with the debt of CNY 12 billion;
- Reorganization of Tianjin Bohai Steel Group and its affiliated companies, with the debt of CNY 300 billion;
- Restructuring and Listing of Chengdu Berry Gene Technology Co., LTD. (000710.SZ).
