Mr. Luo focuses on dispute resolution in civil and commercial cases, especially in litigation and arbitration related to financial and corporate disputes, where he has extensive experience.

Mr. Luo is an expert in handling new types of complex and difficult financial disputes. He has assisted dozens of financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, and listed companies in dealing with various new types of complex financial disputes, including disputes regarding aircraft financial lease, US bonds, false statement of bonds, asset management, trust, and stock pledged repo transactions, etc. He is capable of providing clients with comprehensive legal services, including crisis response and risk resolution, non-litigation consultation and negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and handling of criminal and civil cross cases.

Mr. Luo has in-depth and systematic research on corporate disputes and related laws and regulations. He has represented numerous significant and complicated cases involving VAM disputes, M&A disputes of listed companies, corporate control disputes, equity transfer disputes, tort disputes of directors, supervisors, and senior management, and tort disputes of controlling shareholders, etc. In addition, Mr. Luo has handled hundreds of other types of commercial disputes in domestic courts and arbitration institutions.

Mr. Luo received his Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Luo is qualified to practice law in the PRC.
