Ms. Li Yuanyuan is a King & Wood Mallesons partner. Ms. Li specializes in securities, mergers and acquisitions and related areas of law.
Ms. Li has extensive experience in restructuring, domestic and overseas IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions of large and medium-sized companies. Ms. Li has handled numerous onshore and offshore listings and securities offerings of large and medium-sized companies, especially financial institutions. The clients she has represented include banking, insurance and manufacturing industries, and whose listing jurisdictions include domestic stock markets and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Ms. Li has also taken a lead in dozens of domestic and overseas M&A transactions as well as advising on projects bringing in strategic investors. Additionally, she advises various listed financial institutions as retained legal counsel.
Work Experience
Ms. Li Yuanyuan joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2007. Prior to this, she was a lawyer at Wyselead Law firm.
Ms. Li Yuanyuan received her LL.B. from Shanghai University and LL.M. from Peking University. Ms. Li Yuanyuan was admitted as PRC lawyer in 2004.
