Kendra is a senior member of KWM’s data and technology team. Her practice crosses over artificial intelligence, privacy law/data protection, technology contracting and regulatory compliance (including for telecommunications and the energy industries).
Prior to joining KWM, Kendra worked in-house for Telstra for a number of years, across both commercial and regulatory-focused legal roles. Her time at Telstra provided her with significant experience managing large and complex projects (both from a contracting and regulatory implementation perspective) in an in-house capacity. Kendra has also worked in-house at the Australia Energy Market Operator (AEMO), BHP (Singapore and Melbourne), AGL and Zen Energy.
Kendra is currently an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), an IAPP Certification Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP(E)) and has previously taught International Cybercrime Law courses at the University of Canberra and acted as a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne on regulating artificial intelligence.

- Material supply contract management and maintenance: negotiation and drafting of cross-jurisdictional global framework agreements with major IT vendors
- Review and remediation of major global IT vendor’s complete platform failure: leading legal response to the complete failure of an ordering system during its migration (including regulator and supplier engagement)
