John Shum is a partner in our Banking & Finance practice, based in our Singapore office. John has been advising financial institutions, corporate borrowers and funds for over twenty years on banking, financing and restructuring matters, including:

Prior to Singapore, John practiced in London, Miami, New York and Hong Kong SAR. He speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Indonesian.
John focuses on cross-border financings and restructurings in the South East Asia market, as well as in Hong Kong and China.
