Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in front end construction, specialising in major projects and procurement, real estate development, transport and renewables infrastructure.
She has experience in all forms of construction and infrastructure procurement (PPP, D&C, DBOM and O&M), collaborative models (alliancing, ECI, framework agreements and delivery partner) and consultancy arrangements.
Jane advises across an entire project lifecycle from structuring a tender process, preparing and negotiating contract documentation, contract administration advice and helping clients to manage and resolve any disputes.
With her significant expertise, Jane achieves efficiencies for her clients by considered risk allocation and careful planning in delivery documents, including the development of bespoke suites of construction, supply and consultancy agreements.
