Areas of practice
Mr. Jiang specializes in banking, foreign direct investment, and corporate matters and has represented a number of multinational banks, including Bank of America, Republic Bank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of China, New York Branch. In addition, he has also provided corporate legal services for many listed companies at home and abroad.
Work experience
Mr. Jiang joined King & Wood Mallesons in October 2001 prior to which he was a partner of Chen, Lin & Jiang, in New York. Mr. Jiang has also worked at Shanghai Academy of Social Science as an Associate Professor.
He received his M.A. from the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and his J.D. from New York Law School.
Mr. Jiang has been admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District, New York; the U.S. Tax Court; and the U.S. International Trade Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel of Greater New York.
He is proficient in English and Chinese.
