Ivy is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice of the Hong Kong office. Her practice covers land and property acquisitions and dispositions, conveyancing and all kinds of leases and tenancy agreements.
She has acted for institutional and private tenants, landlords and developers. She advises on all aspects of retail and commercial real estate, including disposals, acquisitions, leasing and development.
