Ian’s transaction experience includes:
- Acting for the treasury teams of National Australia Bank, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and HSBC on their residential mortgage securitisation programmes;
- Acting for Resimac and Pepper Group in respect of multiple Rule 144A transactions under their securitisation programmes;
- Acting for a range of non-bank originators in connection with all aspects of their public and private securitisation programmes, including AFG, La Trobe Financial, Latitude, Liberty Financial, Metro Finance, MoneyMe, Money3, Now Finance, Plenti, Prospa, RedZed, Zip and others.
