Areas of practice
Huang Renzhong’s practice focuses on domestic and overseas listing, M&A and restructuring, wealth management and control arrangements for entrepreneurs, incubation of science and technology enterprises, equity incentive and investment and financing, debt restructuring and rehabilitation for distressed listed companies and non-performing assets, and private equity funds. Mr. Huang counsels clients from various industries, including hard & core technology, TMT, intelligent manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, consumption, new energy, automobile, TechFin and finance. He has long been committed to providing innovative solutions to complex and uncertain cross-cutting issues involving law, commerce, and finance in a context of rigid constraints of laws and regulations.
Work experience
Mr. Huang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005. Before this, he worked at a well-known Chinese law firm.
Mr. Huang obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in civil law and commercial law from Ocean University of China and Renmin University of China, repectively.
Mr. Huang’s working languages are Chinese and English.
