Huang Haiming specialises in patent prosecution, FTO search, patent portfolio planning, patent invalidation, patent litigation, patent infringement analysis, patent due diligence, as well as other IP related legal services. He is skilled in advising IP related issues on the listing of enterprises.
With over fifteen years of experience in the IP field, Mr. Huang is adept at efficiently handling all types of IP cases. He advises domestic and foreign high-tech giants as well as domestic start-ups in such industries as machinery, electronics, the internet, communications, new energy, and medical equipment.
Mr. Huang has not only represented clients in patent invalidation and patent litigation cases, but also provided IP due diligence services for famous domestic and foreign investment institutions in their equity investments. He also provides patent portfolio planning, patent risk identification, patent litigation response and other IP services for domestic clients in their IPO process, assisting with their listing.
Work experience
After practicing patent examination for years, Mr. Huang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2012.
Education background
Mr. Huang received his Master’s Degree in Engineering from Beihang University, and his LL.M. from Peking University.
Mr. Huang has been admitted to the PRC bar and the PRC patent bar.
