Ms. Hu Lingbo specializes in asset-backed securitization and structure finance, draft, bank wealth management, trust, other asset management, and cross-boarder transaction.
Ms.Hu is always on the cutting edge of newest finance tools, with abundant experience in asset-backed securities and asset management. In recent years, she undertakes multiple innovative securitization products in various areas such as bank trade finance, draft, supply-chain finance, electronic voucher, consumer finance，CMBS/REITs, many of which are of benchmark values in the market, and provides perennial legal service for all asset management especially bank wealth management. Based on her profound understanding and practical experience of draft, Ms. Hu also successfully assists clients in issuing several standardized notes (including supply-chain note) among the first patch of standardized notes as the latest finance instrument.
Work experience
Ms. Hu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2018. Before that, she worked in JunZeJun Law Offices for 5 years.
Ms. Hu graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law with bachelor degree in law and master degree in civil and commercial law. She also graduated from Aix-Marseille University with master degree in European commercial law.
Ms. Hu obtained her PRC legal practice certificate in 2015.
Ms. Hu's working language are Chinese, English and Cantonese.
