- Comcover / Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries: acting for the Commonwealth in class action proceedings relating to the 2016 outbreak of white spot disease in prawns in south east Queensland.
- National Indigenous Australians Agency: acting for the Commonwealth in the Northern Territory Stolen Generations class action, the indigenous stolen wages class action, class action proceedings relating to historical claims, and other litigated and non-litigated historical damages claims.
- Comcover / Department of Home Affairs: acting for the Commonwealth in onshore immigration detention claims and regional processing claims.
- Department of Defence: acting for the Commonwealth in response to historical damages claims.
- Comcare: acting for the Commonwealth in response to asbestos-related injury claims.
