Chloe Moore is a special counsel in our Melbourne office in the Dispute Resolution group.
Chloe's work involves all forms of commercial dispute resolution, including restructuring and insolvency matters, contentious corporate regulatory matters, financial services disputes, Royal Commissions and environmental contamination. Chloe has acted for secured lenders, corporate clients and insolvency practitioners in relation to various high-profile insolvencies in a range of industries. Chloe practises in the Federal and Supreme Courts, and has experience in High Court matters.
Chloe also leads the pro bono Justice Connect Homeless Law clinic for the KWM Melbourne office, and has a strong pro bono practice.
