Chen Jun specialises in resolving IP and commercial disputes.
With extensive experience and expertise, he has represented domestic and/or foreign clients in litigation before Chinese courts at various levels as well as in arbitration proceedings before Chinese and/or foreign arbitration institutions. He regularly appears in litigation and/or arbitration cases concerning IP infringement, unfair competition, franchising, hotel management, financing, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award and/or foreign court judgement.
Mr. Chen Jun also regularly advises on clients’ day-to-day operation, IP transaction, corporate governance and compliance in advanced manufacturing and entertainment industries.
Work Experience
Mr. Chen joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2007. Prior to this, he worked for another Chinese law firm for about 2 years.
He obtained his LL.B. from the English School of Beijing Foreign Studies University and his LL.M. from the Law School of Renmin University of China. He attended the first training scheme of the Bar Council of England and Wales in 2012.
Mr. Chen was admitted to practise in P.R.China in 2004.
Mr. Chen's working languages are Chinese and English.
