Anthony advises financial sponsors, corporates and investment banks on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, joint ventures, restructurings and other strategic initiatives. 

He has represented many of the leading financial sponsors in the Australian market, including Affinity Equity Partners, Ares Management, Brookfield, CPE Capital, CVC Capital Partners, EMR Capital, The Growth Fund, KKR and Quadrant Private Equity. 

Anthony also regularly represents technology companies, from early-stage companies through to listed multi-nationals, on capital raisings, exits and other corporate transactions.
