Indraneil is a Special Counsel in our corporate team with over 12 years of experience across major international fund centres – London, Dubai, Sydney and Singapore.
He works with clients on fund formation and investments across a wide range of asset classes. He advises GPs and cornerstone investors, including sovereign wealth funds, fund of fund investors and pension funds, on the establishment of private investment funds, club deals and managed account structures.
Indraneil’s M&A experience includes advising private equity and venture capital funds, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, corporate clients and management teams on leveraged acquisitions, disposals, restructures, capital raisings and joint ventures.
