Ms. Zhou Rui has led a number of influential projects, including A-share public offering and listing projects, H-share public offering and listing projects, overseas red chip restructuring, financing and listing projects, restructuring and acquisition projects of listed companies, cross-border M & A projects, domestic and foreign bond issuance and refinancing projects, and fund establishment, investment and financing projects in industries such as high-tech, Internet, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, high-end manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, new consumption, new energy, new materials, new media, culture and education, construction engineering, chemical industry, property management and commercial real estate.

Work Experience
Ms. Zhou Rui joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2009. Prior to King & Wood Mallesons, she practiced at other well-known law firms in China.
Ms. Zhou Rui obtained her LLM from University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and LLB from Sun Yat-sen University. She was admitted to practice law in the PRC in 2000.
