Mr. Xu Hui specializes in domestic and offshore IPOs, refinancing, P/E, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Xu has participated in restructuring and domestic/offshore IPO projects, for a numerous of medium to large scale state and private-owned enterprises. Mr. Xu has successfully completed a series of innovative projects, such as assisted an anonymous state-owned group, with its consolidation projects for its four different subsidiaries (one H shares listed company, two A + B shares listed companies, one B shares listed companies).

Mr. Xu also serves as a legal counsel to many listed and unlisted companies, including state-owned, private-owned and foreign-invested enterprises. Mr. Xu is responsible with providing legal advice in day-to-day operations, including construction of compliance system, legal text specification, employee compliance training, major contract regulation, investment project audit, disposal and respond to emergencies and other related matters. Mr. Xu has assisted foreign invested enterprises with their establishments and mergers and acquisitions, completed issuance of convertible notes, high yield bonds, corporation bonds, corporate bonds, medium term notes, short-term financing bonds and private equity bonds for a numerous of domestic and offshore enterprises.
