Will worked for a number of years for a major US firm and is qualified as a New York attorney.
Will leads and contributes to firm-wide publications, including the widely read "Leveraged Finance: Year in Review" which is (according to him) a "must-read" for lenders, investment professionals and lawyers working across all aspects of leveraged finance.
