Mr. Sun Zhiqin specializes in the area of securities, M&A, finance, investment and so on.
Mr. Sun has extensive experience in securities, M&A and restructuring. He has participated in and sponsored restructuring of a number of companies and domestic and overseas listing projects. Mr. Sun provided legal services to many projects, including asset restructuring of many state-owned and private enterprises, investment and acquisition of domestic companies and other assets, issuance of various types of bonds, etc. Mr. Sun also serves as a perennial legal advisor to plenty of listed and non-listed companies.
Work Experience
Mr. Sun joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, Mr. Sun had practiced at Shandong Ming Feng Law Firm.
Mr. Sun graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law.
Mr. Sun was admitted to practice in China in 2000.
