He has participated in dozens of listings on stock exchanges in Mainland China, Hong Kong, New York (on both the NYSE and NASDAQ), and other major capital markets for companies in the internet, medicine and healthcare, culture & media, advertising, automobile, electronics, mining, energy, environment industries. He has extensive experience and strong track records in TMT and "new economy" sectors.
Work Experience
Mr. Sun Ji joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008. He received his LL.M. from the Law School of Tsinghua University of China. He is qualified as a lawyer in China.
Mr. Sun's working languages are Chinese and English.
