Sheryl has a broad range of commercial and corporate finance practice including equity offerings, IPOs, M&A, privatisation, private equity, and regulatory and compliance matters.
Sheryl advises global investment banks and corporations on their initial public offerings in Hong Kong, compliance matters for listed companies, issue of convertible bonds, rights issue and private placements.
Sheryl obtained her Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Hong Kong, her Master of Laws (Corporate and Financial law) from the University of Hong Kong and her Master of Laws (Maritime Law) from the University of Southampton.
She is also a member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
