Mr. Lu Yong specializes in securities, capital markets and finance.
With years of experience in securities, Mr. Lu advised on corporate IPO, major asset restructuring, and bond issuance projects. He provided legal services for clients in finance, media, internet, environmental protection, commerce, service, chemical, agriculture and manufacturing industries. In the area of finance, Mr. Lu has represented in the establishment, M&A, restructuring and IPO projects for various financial institutions. He also has rich experience in funds, trusts and ABS.
His clients include Bank of Chengdu, Chengdu Rural Commercial Bank, Bank of Tibet, Bank of Xi'an, Ping An Trust, China Rail Way Trust, Sichuan Trust and other financial institutions; and Tongwei Co., Ltd., Hongqi Chain Co., Ltd., Guoguang Agrochemical Co., Ltd, Gifore Agricultural Machinery, Techcent Environment, Soonyo Technology, Sunny Seal and other listed companies.
