Mr. Lu has extensive experience in initial public offering and listing, refinancing, M&A and asset restructuring of listed companies and has undertaken many projects such as IPOs, non-public offering/ convertible bonds issue/ share placement of listed companies, acquisition of control rights of listed companies, major asset restructuring of listed companies, and backdoor listings, across the industries such as new energy, semi-conductor, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices, automotive and auto parts, and consumption, etc.
In addition, Mr. Lu has a wealth of experience in the areas of PE investment, debt financing, equity incentives, corporate governance and regulated operations of listed companies, dealing with external investigations initiated by the regulatory and enforcement agencies, and serves as the perennial legal counsel for numbers of listed and well-known enterprises.
Mr. Lu was recognized as Rising Star Lawyer in 2021-22 by IFLR1000.

Mr. Lu received his Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Lu was qualified as a PRC lawyer.
