Linlin Liu specialises in finance, cross-border investment, establishment of financial institutions and financial regulations advisory works.
Ms. Liu has an in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, which helps the world's leading banks, financial institutions and multi-national corporations to further their commercial ambitions. With a highly personalised approach, she analyses problems and provides solutions which assist clients to make decisions on banking, corporate finance, securitisation and M&A transactions. With her expertise in these areas, she has become a most trusted advisor for many of her clients.
Ms. Liu represents financial institutions and industrial enterprises on their outbound investments into energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, automobile and financial services sectors, and also on their restructuring and domestic and overseas initial public offerings.
Work experience
Ms. Liu started her legal career with King & Wood Mallesons in 2006, and rejoined the firm in 2016. In the interim, she worked at the Beijing offices of two other prominent international law firms, Baker & McKenzie and Linklaters.
Ms. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and a LLM degree from London School of Economics and Political Science.
Ms. Liu's working languages are Chinese and English.
