Jingjing Jiang is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong and Head of Hong Kong Funds Practice. He is also the Founding President of the Hong Kong LPF Association, Policy Research Committee Member of the Financial Services Development Council, Council Member of the Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong and a member of CPPCC Anhui Committee.

Jingjing's practice includes formation of all types of private funds including private equity, buyout, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, fund of funds, credit, debt and mezzanine, secondary and hedge funds. He is also experienced in advising fund managers on separately managed accounts, co-investment and carried interest structuring and is familiar with fund structures in all major jurisdictions, including Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Singapore, the Channel Islands, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Delaware. He also acted on both buyer and seller sides on large secondary transactions. He is particularly experienced in advising on Hong Kong fund structures. He was involved in the legislation of the Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance and formulation of a series of ancillary policy. His team has been involved in the setup of nearly 30% of the LPFs in the market. He also led the publication of the first and second annual reports of Hong Kong LPF.

Jingjing has advised some of the leading players in Europe and Asia including Triton, Europa, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, CIMB, Equis and a number of sovereign wealth funds. He also advised numerous Chinese institutional clients on fund setup and fund investments, such as Ping An China, CICC Capital, China Life (Overseas), Taiping Financial Holdings, Everbright Limited,  CAS Investment, Cash Capital, New China Capital, CGN, China Resources and Bank of China Group Investment.

Jingjing was named in Asian Legal Business' (ALB) 2017 "40 under 40" list of most outstanding legal professionals in Asia representing the brightest young legal minds in Asia. He was named in China Business Law Journal's "Rising Star 2020" list, which profiles 30 most accomplished next generation lawyers in China. He was shortlisted by the Financial Times Asia Pacific Innovative Lawyers Awards 2022 for innovation in creating new standards in the Practice of Law. Jingjing was named as a leading individual in Investment Funds by the Chambers Greater China guide.

Jingjing is qualified to practise in Hong Kong and PRC. He is a native Chinese and speaks fluent English.
