Ms. Jin has broad trademark and copyright protection practices, including IP prosecution and enforcement. She represents clients from China, Japan and South Korea. She advises on all aspects of trademark and copyright practices, covering trademark prosecution, licensing, assignment, renewal, changes, dispute resolution, infringement, filing for customs protection of IP rights, domain name registrations, and copyright registration as well as other matters.
In 2015, she was named as one of the highly recommended lawyers in IP in China by the Legal 500.

Ms. Jin joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2007 and was honored to be one of the Best Lawyers of the Firm in 2009 and Outstanding Trademark Attorney of the Firm in 2012.
Ms. Jin obtained her LL.B in 2004 and LL.M in 2007 from Jilin University.
