Jiang Yifeng specialises in domestic IPO, corporate M&As, restructuring, and refinancing.
With years of experience in the securities sector, Ms. Jiang has represented companies across media, finance, high-technology sectors in their IPO and listing projects.
Ms. Jiang has also advised domestic listed companies in the mining, real estate, power and manufacturing sectors on share transfer, issuance of shares for asset purchase, acquisitions and restructuring, indirect acquisition, tender offer and major assets replacement.
She has worked on domestic listed companies’ non-public offering, placement of A shares, bond issuance, issuance of short-term financing bonds, and private placement of notes.
Ms. Jiang serves as legal counsel for a number of energy and chemical corporations.

Ms. Jiang Yifeng joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005.
Ms. Jiang received her Philosophy Bachelor degree from Fudan University. She obtained her LL.M. from Tsinghua University. Ms. Jiang is a licensed PRC lawyer.
Ms. Jiang's working languages are Chinese and English.
