- Westfield on its $32 bn acquisition by Unibail-Rodamco by scheme of arrangement
- AMP on its strategic portfolio review and the $3.3bn sale of its Australian and NZ wealth protection and mature life insurance business to global insurance group, Resolution Life
- Citigroup on the sale of its consumer banking business to NAB for $1.2 bn, and the acquisition of the Coles branded credit card portfolio from Wesfarmers
- Irongate Group on its acquisition by Charter Hall, internalisation from the Investec Group, dual listing on the ASX and JSE and various real estate acquisitions and joint ventures
