- St Barbara: advising on the proposed merger of Leonora gold assets between Genesis Minerals and St Barbara by way of scheme of arrangement, ultimately effected by way of a >A$600 million sale of St Barbara’s Gwalia mine.
- Schemes of arrangement: advising in relation to schemes of arrangement involving Pilbara Minerals / Latin Resources, St Barbara / Bardoc Gold, OPTrust/ ICG / PEP / Zenith Energy, Aura Minerals / Big River Gold, Alliance Minerals / Tawana Resources, Resource Capital Funds / Ausenco, Tianqi / Talison Lithium, Alacer / Avoca.
- Equity capital raising: advising in relation to equity capital markets transactions for St Barbara, Hastings Metals Technology, Macquarie (as Lead Manager), Evolution Energy Materials (IPO), Vimy Resources and Resource Capital Funds (as investor).
- AXA IM: advising on the ~A$775 million acquisition of the Green Triangle Forest Products plantation and forestry management business.
- Terra Firma / Consolidated Pastoral Company: advising in relation to an extensive program of pastoral station disposals and acquisitions, including both the acquisition and disposal of CPC by Terra Firma.
