Ms. Ge specialises in cross-border arbitration and litigation, class actions, alternative dispute resolution, and cross-border enforcement.
Ms. Ge has extensive experience in handling complex cases from the pre-litigation investigation stage through trial and appeal.
She appears as counsel in proceedings before the U.S. federal and state courts and before the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Work Experience
After working for a boutique litigation firm in Washington, D.C., Ms. Ge joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008. Prior to starting her practice at the District of Columbia bar, Ms. Ge clerked for senior judges at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and worked as a judicial extern for Judge John T. Noonan at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
She obtained her J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, where she also attained an M.A. in Literature after graduating with a B.A. from Beijing University.
She is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia and California.
