Ms. Feng has both traditional civil and modern commercial legal thinking and practical experience. She is good at handling major and complicated civil and commercial cases and overlapping criminal/civil cases thanks to her acute professional insights into and in-depth understanding of such cases. Ms. Feng has extensive practical experience in marriage legal issues, family and inheritance, real estate construction projects, infringement, corporate and equity, and financial capital management plans. She has represented many clients in high net worth individual marriage disputes, complex construction of real estate construction projects, internet infringement, large-scale state-owned enterprises and private enterprises equity merger and acquisition, financial institutions bills, independent letter of guarantee and other major and complicated cases. The cases she has handled involve tens of millions of yuan. Ms. Feng has provided dispute resolution services for a number of state-owned and private enterprises, financial institutions and high net worth individuals. She has also served as a perennial legal consultant for the above clients.

Ms. Feng also has extensive experience with domestic family wealth management issues. She provides clients with objective and comprehensive risk assessment and effective and personalized legal advice by combining her judicial practice experience with the management and inheritance of family wealth.

Work Experience 

Ms. Feng joined King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) in 2015. 

Ms. Feng graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in law. In 2002, she graduated from the Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in litigation law. Ms. Feng was qualified to practice in China in 2000.
