Emma specialises in commercial real estate law. She has worked in KWM's London and Sydney offices.
Emma has experience acting on a broad range of real estate transactions both in Australia and the UK including: acquisitions and disposals; developments; joint ventures; property financings and refinancings and occupational leasing. Emma works with developer and property companies on the development of major mixed use developments and structuring arrangements.
