Ebony advises on various State and federal environment and planning assessment and approvals processes and recommends strategic approvals pathways to develop new or expand existing projects across a range of sectors, including resources, renewables, carbon, infrastructure, water and gas. She acts in project approval objections and appeals, helps clients navigate incident response and regulatory enforcement action, and advises on risk and compliance issues associated with the operation, sale and acquisition of projects.
Ebony also advises on contamination, vegetation, waste, water, offsets, climate change, nature conservation, land acquisition and government matters including access to information, merits review and judicial review.
