Bridie acts for clients across a broad range of industries including the pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, agricultural, mining, consumer product and ICT sectors.
Bridie’s practice includes Federal Court and High Court litigation and oppositions in the Patents Office and Trade Marks Office. She also regularly advises clients on IP strategy, portfolio management, commercialisation, licensing and risk mitigation.
