Andrew Maynes is Partner in Charge of the Sydney office where he practices in the Banking and Finance group. Andrew specialises in complex financing transactions across project finance, structured finance and acquisition and leveraged finance.
His broad practice includes working with governments, project sponsors, borrowers, major Australian and international financiers and ECAs on a wide range of projects in Australia and overseas. Andrew's work spans traditional project financings, social and economic infrastructure PPPs, structured asset financings and acquisition financings.
Andrew is also part of the firm's asset, maritime and aviation finance team.
