The buddy supports you in your daily work and is available to answer your questions. In addition, you'll have a mentor, which will usually be a partner, that guides your training and development and helps you to identify a special focus, secondments abroad, etc. It is important for us that your relationship with your buddy and/or mentor is so good that you keep in touch for a long time.
