Graduated from Peking University Law School, Mr. Zhong Xin has been practicing law for 19 years. He has extensive experience in domestic as well as cross-border transactions in the following areas: structured finance, asset securitization, debt capital markets, fixed income products, real estate finance, acquisition finance, M&A in the services sectors non-performing obligatory rights and assets, corporate reorganization and debt restructuring. His clients include domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, and asset managers. In addition, alternative asset investors, developers and initiators in areas such as hedge funds and private equity are also his clients.
Mr. Zhong Xin advises on a wide range of domestic and foreign transactions. When executing these transactions, Mr. Zhong is always able to combine both domestic and international KWM resources and his understanding of China's national conditions from a professional and independent perspective. He has also insights into a number of industries, including financial institutions, real estate and high-tech fields such as the internet and the mobile internet.
Mr. Zhong was recognized as a leading lawyer in banking and financing listed in IFLR1000 by IFLR for six years (2011-2016).
Work experience
Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons in 2007, he had worked at a Japanese firm, a leading domestic firm and a well-known UK law firm.
Mr. Zhong received his LLB from Peking University Law School in 2001.
Mr. Zhong's working languages are Chinese and English.
