Mr. Zhang Zeyu has accumulated rich experience in the field of debt risk resolution of large group enterprises and listed companies, as well as mergers, acquisitions and investments of special assets. As the main lawyer or enterprise legal advisor of the administrator of bankruptcy and reorganization cases, Mr. Zhang has undertaken the bankruptcy and reorganization work of dozens of large-scale listed companies and group companies, such as Better Life Group, WINTIME Science and Technology Group, Huachen Energy Co., Ltd., WINTIME Energy Group, Bohai Steel Group, TEWOO Group, CHONGQING Iron & Steel (Group) Co.Ltd, etc., with the scale of debt of nearly 1 trillion yuan, of which a number of cases were rated as national typical cases or included in the work report of the Supreme People's Court, and won wide acclaim from clients.
In addition, Mr. Zhang Zeyu has represented a provincial energy group as an investor to complete the merger and acquisition of a chemical group, and participated in the bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of a number of creditors.Work experience
