Mr. Zhang Hengshun specializes in securities, financing, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in IPOs on the Chinese, Hong Kong, and U.S capital markets.
He provides legal services to a number of foreign and domestic companies in their mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and restructuring projects.
Work experience
Mr. Zhang Hengshun joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Zhang practiced at Shu Jin & Co., PRC Law Firm.
He obtained his LL.M. in Business Law from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and is currently a member of the All China Bar Association. Mr. Zhang is proficient in Mandarin and English.
