Mr. Zeng Zhe specialises in bankruptcy reorganisation, liquidation, and debt restructuring.
Mr. Zeng has extensive experience in corporate reorganisation and debt restructuring, with a particular focus on resolving debt risks for large corporate groups and listed companies. He has acted as counsel for administrators in the reorganisation of more than ten major listed companies and non-listed group companies, such as Qinghai Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd., Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co., Ltd., Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd., Chongqing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd., HNA Group Co., Ltd., Sainty Marine Corporation Ltd., Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd., Sichuan Dazhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zeng has also assisted domestic and foreign investors and creditors in acquiring assets and equity in domestic enterprises undergoing bankruptcy and restructurings as well as participating in domestic corporate bankruptcy proceedings.
Work experience
Mr. Zeng joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2015.
He received his LL.B. degree from the Law School of Sichuan University and LL.M. from Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Mr. Zeng is qualified to practice in China.
